Dear Division 1 Ratepayers
My name is Michael Molaro and I am running for RM Council. My wife and I purchased land in this division in 2007 and were happy to make our home here in 2016. I would like to contribute to responsible governance on your behalf and help maintain and develop successful communities. I believe we can increase opportunities for your involvement through improved communication and facilitate greater awareness of the business of our RM.
I will have much to learn but will work with an open mind on how to best serve the residents of the RM of Duck Lake and Division 1, in particular. I feel that together we can increase the economic, social and environmental values of our municipality for the benefit of current and future residents.
About me:
My post-secondary education included architectural and building technologies and I eventually completed a career in the Planning Department of Facilities at the University of Saskatchewan. I have experience serving on various boards and committees and in my semi-retirement I started a small environmental consulting business.
